Zaro is a gaming community executive and strategist with more than 15 years of experience building communities around products people care about. He led global community work for EA SPORTS FIFA, then senior global community and influencer programs across NBA 2K, WWE 2K, and LEGO 2K. That meant creator networks, Discord communities, live-service feedback loops, and millions of players with opinions, often loud ones. Today, through zaro.me and his Community Intelligence work, he helps organizations treat community as infrastructure for better products, decisions, and culture.
